Online Yoga Membership

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Online Yoga Membership offered by Stefanie Gärtner (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).

The membership is intended for individuals who wish to practise yoga online, regardless of their place of residence.

2. Services and Scope of the Membership
The Online Yoga Membership provides access to digital yoga content.

The services include, in particular:

  • Regularly updated yoga videos

  • Access to the online yoga sessions provided

  • Exercises designed to promote flexibility, strength, relaxation and body awareness

The Provider continuously develops the offering and reserves the right to modify content, focus areas and the technical implementation.

There is no entitlement to specific content or to a specific number of videos.

3. Conclusion of the Contract
The membership contract is concluded once registration has been completed and payment has been confirmed.

The membership is personal and may not be transferred to another person.

4. Prices and Payment
The monthly membership fee is:

€49 per month

Payment is made monthly in advance via the payment service provider offered.

The Provider is entitled to adjust prices for future billing periods. Any price changes will be announced in good time.

5. Term and Cancellation
The membership is concluded for an indefinite period and may be cancelled by either party on a monthly basis.

Cancellation is possible at the end of the billing period that has already been paid for.

Once the membership ends, access to the digital content will also end.

6. Use of Content and Copyright
The videos and materials provided are protected by copyright.

The content may only be used for personal purposes.

In particular, the following are prohibited:

  • Sharing login credentials

  • Reproducing or publishing the content

  • Selling or commercially using the materials

7. Health Disclaimer and Personal Responsibility
Yoga is intended to promote well-being, flexibility and body awareness.

Participation is at the participant’s own risk. Each participant is responsible for performing exercises only within their own physical and mental capabilities.

In the event of health concerns or uncertainty, participants are advised to seek medical advice before beginning.

The Online Yoga Membership does not replace medical treatment or therapy.

8. Technical Requirements
An internet-enabled device and a sufficient internet connection are required to use the membership.

The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted technical availability at all times where disruptions are caused by circumstances beyond the Provider’s control.

9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

10. Final Provisions
Should any individual provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The applicable law at the Provider’s place of business shall apply, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
